Rental applications are $45.00 non-refundable per application/married applicants. Individual applications will need to be pulled for unmarried applicants.
We use the following criteria when screening an application:
Two years residency
Two years employment or income source
Credit, Criminal, and Eviction histories.
During our screening process an applicant may be excluded from approval consideration
of a property if any or all of the following apply:
Applicant is currently in a bankruptcy or one that has not been discharged for at least one year.
Recent foreclosures, repossessions, or owe another management, mortgage company or apartments.
Or if the head of the household is under 18 years old, unless they are a legally emancipated youth.
